GENERAL AVIATION

Allocation of departure and arrival slots are compulsory for all flights at Stockholm - Arlanda according to the Regulation (EC) No 793/2004 : At coordinated airport, access for an air carrier or any other aircraft operator is only possible if a slot has been allocated.Slot requests shall be submitted at least 3 hours prior to the planned departure/arrival . 

Departure and arrival of following aircrafts are exempt from the rule of allocation of slots :

- aircraft using the airport as an alternate for provable meteorological, technical or other safety reasons

- aircraft on an emergency mission 

- helicopters not using the runway

NOTE! 

BMA , GOT and MMX are excluded from the slot allocation rules for General aviation.

Slot request shall comprise the following information: 

- date of flight

- aircraft identification

- type of aircraft

- type of flight

- estimated time of arrival     and/or departure in UTC

- aerodrome of departure and destination

- aircraft registration
